APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR THE NEXT TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM IS JANUARY 15TH 2026

The Authentic Method University is a 600 hour fully comprehensive teacher training program.

When you enroll at A.M.U you become an AM RADIO (A.M.U) trainee apprentice. You will cover the full system of Authentic Pilates exercises that Joseph Pilates created and will be able to teach beginner through advanced levels.

All apparatus include; Mat, Reformer, Chair, Barrel, Cadillac/Tower.

You will learn the true art of teaching Pilates, the way it was intended by combining Joseph Pilates’ methods with A.M.U's unique approach.

You will become a confident, effective and safe hands-on instructor with the ability to modify and teach the work to any client of varying needs, goals and abilities.

DATES FOR NEXT PROGRAM: All seminar days run from 1pm - 6pm

Beginner Seminar Weekend: Jan 30th - Feb 1st

Intermediate Seminar Weekend: March 6th - 8th

Advanced Seminar Weekend: April 17th - 19th
