This workshop guides you in enhancing your clients' Pilates practice by focusing on precise hand placement and body alignment within the intermediate reformer exercises.
Participants engage as both instructor and student, exploring how tactile cueing influences the execution of movements. Mastering effective hand positioning allows you to optimize your clients’ progress within the Pilates framework.
This interactive, hands-on session with Brooke Siler, held on AM RADIO’s Classical Reformers, spans three hours.
Scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 18th, 2026, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Please note: The workshop is open exclusively to those with Authentic/Classical certifications, those training in Classical Pilates, or Contemporary Certification holders with a solid grasp of the Classical Method and sequencing. Students with a strong Classical Pilates background (that are not instructors or apprentices) may request entry by email.
Observation seats are available at a reduced rate of $200 but are limited and sold separately.
Attendance requires agreement to studio policies and waiver; no recordings by phone or camera are permitted.
