Please note: The workshops are exclusively for individuals who are certified or are currently enrolled in a certification program for the Authentic/Classical Method. Those with a Contemporary background who also possess a strong knowledge and understanding of the Classical Method and its sequencing are also eligible.
Following your purchase, an application will be sent to ensure that the attendance prerequisites are met. Should it be determined that the prerequisites are not satisfied, the organizers reserve the right to cancel your attendance and issue a full refund.

We offer two tiers of participation to suit your learning needs:
  • Full Participation ($400): This option provides a comprehensive, hands-on experience in the workshop.
  • Observation-Only ($200): For those who prefer to learn by watching, a limited number of observation-only slots are available.
  • Early Registration Benefit: Purchase before December 1, 2025, and receive a 20% early bird discount on your enrollment. Discount is already applied at checkout.

 

ABOUT BROOKE SILER:

Brooke Siler began her Pilates training in 1994 under Joseph Pilates’ protégée Romana Kryzanowska at Drago’s Gym in New York City where she spent a decade studying under Romana’s masterful tutelage. 

She opened her award-winning Manhattan studio, re:AB Pilates, in 1997 and was quickly embraced by Hollywood’s A-list from Madonna to Dustin Hoffman. 

Brooke is best known for penning the New York Times’ best-seller The Pilates Body, which has become the highest grossing Pilates book of all time. She has followed it with titles: Your Ultimate Pilates Body Challenge, The Pilates Body Kit, The Women’s Health Big Book of Pilates and the Pilates Weight Loss for Beginners dvd.  In 2021 Brooke launched her long-awaited, passion project The Tensatoner.

Brooke has studied anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, fascial networks and cadaver dissection with teachers: Tom Myers (Anatomy Trains), chiropractic physician Dr. Joe Muscolino (Know The Body), Leslie Kaminoff & Amy Matthews (Yoga Anatomy) and podiatrist Dr. Emily Splichal, under whom she is a certified Barefoot Training Specialist™️. 

She has remained at the forefront of the Pilates community for 30+ years because she remains fiercely passionate, purposeful and authentic in her person and her work. 

After moving to the UK in 2015 for her family, Brooke still teaches independent classes, workshops, courses and conferences worldwide.
