Cadi/Mat Workshop

As the name may suggest, this is a mat workout using the Cadillac/Tower in ways you may not have conceived of previously. The Cadillac/Tower poles and bars, spring angles and resistance levels challenge you in new and exciting ways.

This is a three hour workshop held on AM RADIO's raised and upholstered Cadillac/Tower apparatus. Each person signed up for this workshop (if you choose to be a participant) will experience hands on work with Brooke Siler. 

Workshop time: Saturday Jan. 17th 2026. 9am - 12pm

Please note: This is offered only to those who have Authentic/Classical certifications, or those in programs to learn Classical Pilates or those who have Contemporary Certifications (who have a strong understanding of the Classical Method and sequencing). If you are a Pilates student of the Classical Method (not an instructor) and have a strong understanding of the work and would like to join please email us for exception of entry.
