Spine Corrector/Mat Workshop

Explore a mat workout that utilizes the Tower Mat and Spine Corrector in innovative ways you may not have encountered before.

This three-hour workshop, conducted on AM RADIO's elevated and cushioned Tower apparatus, provides hands-on guidance with Brooke Siler.

Scheduled: Saturday, Jan. 17th 2026 from 12:15 pm to 3:15 pm

Please note: The workshop is open exclusively to those with Authentic/Classical certifications, those training in Classical Pilates, or Contemporary Certification holders with a solid grasp of the Classical Method and sequencing. Students with a strong Classical Pilates background (that are not instructors) may request entry by email.

Observation seats are available at a reduced rate of $200 but are limited and sold separately. 

Attendance requires agreement to studio policies and waiver; no recordings are permitted.
